M.Sc. Konstantin Pepeldjiyski was born in Sofia, Bulgaria. He obtained the M.Sc. degree in Telecommunications from the Technical University of Sofia. He is a research associate in the Institute of Communication Industry of Sofia.

He works on Application Software, Telecommunication Equipment Design, Circuit Theory and Management.
