M.Sc. Todor Vassilev - Director "Development and Embedded System Production and Software"
M.Sc. Todor Vassilev was born in Plovdiv, Bulgaria. He obtained the M.Sc. degree in Telecommunications from the Technical University of Sofia. He was a Ph.D. student in the Institute of Communication Industry of Sofia in 1989-1990.

He works on System Software, Embedded Systems, Fast Orthogonal Transforms, VLSI Design, Telecommunication Equipment Design and Management.
