Multiplexer E2-NG (4xE2) Multiplexer E2-NG is new generation and compact network element of small capacity. It can be used as a access system for customer located applications or a wireline transmission system.

The system Multiplexer E2-NG provides:

• Multiplexing of 4 x E1 digital streams
• Digital streams can be plesiochronous (not synchronous)
• Converts into higher bit rate streams and after that transmits the digital signal with a bit rate of 8 Mbit/s via copper or fiber optic cables
• Built-in BER measuring system, which evaluates the transmission quality during in-service operation
• User ports for telecommunication data and voice services
