ECoCoMS has developed and implemented hardware and software features and applications - VoIP SOHO PBX Family, based on Asterisk VoIP PBX, as well as Zapata Telephony Project, based hardware, and gave possibilities to his customers to choose and implement new specific functions in the old existing and respectively in the new installed PBX's.
The VoIP SOHO PBX Family from ECoCoMS is the latest development in combining voice and data technology from ECoCoMS. The ECoCoMS VoIP SOHO PBX Family combines voice and data applications that were formerly reserved for large enterprises. The ECoCoMS VoIP SOHO PBX Family is offering a most complete standard package off easy-to-use tools that allow the smallest of businesses to deliver cutting-edge customer service.
VoIP SOHO PBX Family acts for converged communications as an Internet Protocol telephony server with SIP Server and Gateway Quality of Service (QoS) support through DiffServ (for routing) and 802.1p (when used in conjunction with any 802.1p capable switch), Hub, WAN edge device, Remote Access Server, DHCP Server, Firewall, Router and Internet Access. VoIP SOHO PBX Falmily offers full voice functionality with an extensive list of features and benefits for the home office, and small to mid-size business, including the following:
Features:
- Full PBX Features: Call Coverage, Caller ID, Call Forwarding, Conference Calling and Voice Messaging.
- Trunk Interfaces: E1, BRI (Euro ISDN only), PRI, ISDN, analog loop start, and analog ground start for comprehensive network connectivity.
- Extensions(Users): Support for 2 to 480 and more users depending of their type and sophisticated voice performance for new and growing businesses.
- Telephones: Analog, Digital, Internet Protocol Hardphones, and Softphones (wired and wireless).
- Advanced Call Routing: Incoming calls are directed to the most qualified person available or messaging service, according to a company's unique criteria.
- Alternate Call Routing: Outgoing calls can be configured with alternate routes which are used when the main route is unavailable. Alternate Call Routing is compatible with Least Cost Routing and Voice over Internet Protocol.
- Small Community Networking (SCN): Very good for Customers with multi-site locations, SCN provides voice networking between IP Office sites over Internet Protocol links. This allows voice connections using Internet Protocol Telephony, feature transparency, and connections for up to 1000 users and more across different IP Office sites. Operators can operate over the entire network as if it were one location and user-to-user calls are performed by dialing the extension number.
Enhanced Key System Emulation:
- Key System Emulation simulates the operation of analog key systems that used simple switches to provide access to lines and intercom circuits. Features include Call Appearance, Call Coverage, Bridged Coverage, and Line Appearance.
Offices with needs of basic data networking, the VoIP SOHO PBX Family provides a complete data and networking solution that includes Internet Access by Leased line, or dial-up connectivity through PRI, BRI, E1, or WAN ports. Supporting high-speed access, web site hosting and direct leased line connections for high usage. The VoIP SOHO PBX Family can be configured to act as the network router supporting virtual connections (VLAN). It can also extend the LAN by using WAN links and PSTN connections. Routing Information Protocol (RIP) is a protocol for sharing routes with other devices on the network. RIP has been implemented to support each interface on the unit. The VoIP SOHO PBX Family also supports the Layer 2 Tunneling Protocol (L2TP) and IP Security (IPSec) for tunneling, Simpel Network Management Protocol (SNMP) and Lightweight Directory Access Protocol (LDAP) integration.
VoIP SOHO PBX Family provides big business benefits and enhances productivity for the small and mid-size businesses, with a full compliment of sophisticated applications including: Voicemail, Distribution Lists, Auto-Attendant, Key System Emulation, Multiline Operations Behaviors, Integrated Messaging, SoftConsole, Phone Manager, IVR and Text to Speech.
The ECoCoMS is offering different systems that can be easly configured to your situation.
In the next table the basic functions, which can be implemented in one VoIP SOHO PBX Family appliance, are given, the codecs, the peripheral hardware, which can be interfaced and so on.
